The wind is pulling at my hair
as I walk slow, I couldn’t care.

I’m looking up, I see the sky is not so gray

and though the rain drops from inside their eyes
like dew forms in the morn

From water we’ll be reborn.

The sun came out for me today
away for months, it came to play.

The ice is thawing all around
And flowers spring up from the ground

The Light will finally shine inside
The flowers will grow tall
The trees will become rooted deep
And they’ll teach us not to fall

As the lakes and streams run steady
always moving on with life
full of ever changing motion
keep on taking bigger strides
